Every process, engineered in-house
From tool design to final inspection, five integrated divisions work under one roof — hover over each to see how they come together.
Tooling & Engineering Center
Advanced design and in-house tooling capabilities for precision, efficiency, and optimized manufacturing.
Our Tooling & Engineering Center is equipped with ACTCAD, AUTOCAD and CAD-CAM systems that allow our engineers to design, simulate and validate tools before a single cut is made. Every press tool, progressive die, fixture and gauge is developed in-house, giving us complete control over lead times, cost and quality. Our engineering team collaborates closely with customers from the concept and feasibility stage through to design for manufacturability, prototype trials and mass-production sign-off — optimizing material utilization, strip layout and cycle time so that each component is engineered for accuracy, repeatability and long tool life.

Stamping & Press Division
60+ mechanical and hydraulic presses (35T–500T) delivering high-precision, high-volume sheet metal stamping.
Our Press Shop operates over 60 mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging from 35 tonnes to 500 tonnes, supported by high-speed presses with coil feeders and decoilers for continuous production. We process CRC, HRPO, aluminium, stainless steel, high-tensile and tubular material from 0.15mm to 12mm thickness, covering blanking, piercing, forming, bending, coining and specialised deep-drawing operations. Standardised setups, poka-yoke fixtures and in-line inspection at every stage allow us to sustain high-volume output of more than 1.5 million parts per month without compromising dimensional accuracy or surface finish.

Welding & Fabrication Division
Advanced welding technologies ensure strong, reliable, and precision-engineered fabricated assemblies.
Our Weld Shop combines MIG welding, projection welding, spot welding and robotic welding cells with purpose-built Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) designed and built in-house. Dedicated welding fixtures hold every joint in position to guarantee repeatable weld placement, penetration and strength across production batches. From engine mount assemblies and structural brackets to complex multi-part sub-assemblies, we produce over 2 million welded assemblies annually, each verified for weld integrity, distortion control and final assembly fitment.

Machining & Finishing Division
In-house machining and finishing capabilities deliver production-ready components with exceptional accuracy.
Our Machine Shop supports the press and weld lines with CNC turning, multi-spindle drilling and tapping, surface and centreless grinding, deburring, vibro finishing (90–650 litre bowls), sandering and twin-leveller flattening. Secondary operations are carried out under the same roof, which removes external dependencies, shortens lead times and keeps tight control over tolerances and surface quality. The result is components that arrive at the customer fully finished, cleaned, protected and ready for direct assembly.

Quality Control
Comprehensive inspection and quality assurance ensure every component meets the highest industry standards.
Our Quality Management System governs every stage from incoming raw material to final dispatch, with layered inspection, calibrated instruments, gauges and documented control plans. We apply 5S, 3C, 4M and Kaizen methodologies across the shop floor to drive process discipline and continuous improvement, supported by PPAP, SPC and root-cause analysis for corrective action. This rigour underpins our leadership in Deep Draw Cup manufacturing, where a 0.15mm stainless steel draw demands consistency measured in microns across every batch we ship.
